"They Had What I Needed"
I just wanted to find the stuff I came for without wasting time, and they actually had it in stock. Seems like a basic thing, but it makes a big difference when you can get what you need and move on with your day.

I had a small problem with my order, but in my experience the customer service team handled it really well. They sorted it out quickly and kept me updated along the way, which I appreciated. I’m happy with how it all turned out and I’d definitely shop here again.

"I had to swap a dress…"
I had to swap a dress for a different size, it was way easier than I expected. The staff sounded really relaxed and friendly about it, so I got the vibe they deal with this kind of thing all the time and weren’t annoyed at all. The whole thing only took a few minutes, and I left with the right size. Such a relief to have an exchange be simple for once.

"Super quick delivery"
I ordered from Seed Heritage my parcel was sent out ridiculously fast. I got the dispatch email the very next day, which felt like a tiny miracle because I wasn’t expecting it that soon. Everything arrived perfectly fine with zero fuss or mucking around. Really happy with how smooth and quick the whole thing was, and I’d definitely order again.

"Decent clothes, but shipping and support were disappointing"
The clothes were fine and the website was easy enough to use, but the shipping cost felt high for what I ordered. I also didn’t love that there didn’t seem to be any real human contact if I had a question, just automated stuff. I’d probably buy more often if delivery was cheaper and it felt a bit easier to actually reach someone.

I had to send back a dress because it just didn’t fit me right, but the return process was super easy. I was expecting some unnecessary back-and-forth, but there was none of that. The refund came through quickly too. No hassle at all, and I’d definitely shop here again.

I ordered from Seed Heritage and ended up needing to return one item. To be fair, the refund did come through eventually, but it took around a couple of weeks, which felt a bit slow. It wasn’t the worst experience, but I do think it’s basic customer care to process returns and refunds a bit more quickly. People just want to know their money’s being handled properly.

I ordered two dresses, but both showed up in the wrong sizes. I was disappointed because I had picked one out with my sister’s help and was excited to try them on. Hopefully the exchange process is easy

I grabbed a couple of tops and some kids leggings from Seed Heritage i was half expecting them to do that annoying thing where they shrink or twist out of shape after one wash — because apparently some brands think that’s acceptable. But these have been totally fine so far. I’ve just been doing a normal cold wash and hanging them up, and the colours still look good after a few washes too. Happy with the quality overall, and I’d buy from them again.

I ordered a few pieces for my kids, and the sizing was actually really accurate. Since they matched the size guide well, everything fit nicely with no tight spots or sleeves that were too long. That made the whole order feel easy, and I’d definitely buy again...

I had to return a couple of things from Seed Heritage it was straightforward. The return policy seems fair enough, as long as you keep the tags on and don’t wait too long?? The refund took a few days to come through, so it wasn’t instant, but really not a big deal.

"Cute clothes, but I felt a bit overlooked"
I went into the store and felt ignored. The staff were busy chatting, and I had to ask twice before anyone helped me with sizing. The clothes were cute, but definitely on the pricey side, and the fitting rooms were a bit messy too. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but I expected better from Seed.

"Super easy for daycare"
I can't not love these for daycare days. They're easy to throw on, comfy enough for my kid to run around in, and I don't have to overthink outfits in the morning. Nothing too fancy, just simple and practical, which is exactly what we needed.

"Cute styles, but not worth the price"
I do really like some of the styles, especially for kids, but the prices feel a bit too high for the quality. A few pieces lost their shape after washing and just didn’t last very long. I also felt kind of ignored when I had concerns, which made the whole experience more frustrating. The clothes are cute, but for the money, I expected better

The clothes were fine and I didn’t have any issues with the selection, but something felt off with the service. When I asked for help, the staff seemed kind of annoyed, which made the whole visit feel a little uncomfortable.
